The new pole vault record of Duplantis looks even more ridiculous when you see the video is this. When he let go of the pole on the runway his entire body was a full body length upside down below the level of the bar height. He had to basically hurl his entire upside-down body length upward over top of the bar in order to clear it completely in order to clear the bar to make the new world record.
