How Google is using OAuth - Part 1: Understanding OAuth at Google

I understand how tit works. I dont understand how to use it.
How to get my google token and client json file and everything else that i need to send email using this api ?

Nice explanation.. But, It is still unclear who has the oauth server. It was said that "... And here we have an oauth server with 2 endpoints...". I don't understand, does this oauth server comes from gmail or from my app? Can you explained it in detail?
