Also, I have a life outside the gym. No idea why someone would spend 20 hours a week in the gym, when they can get the same results in 2 hours….unless their life revolves around their life in the gym.

ОтветитьWas one of these guys who said that to build quads and hamstrings you got to train legs 10-20 sets per week ?
ОтветитьI really wish I could do squats and deadlifts, but i get so much lower back tightness thats its just not worth it. And yes my form and technique is perfect which is why I do leg exts and other isolation exercises instead for legs. I might not be getting as good of a gain bit ar least im pain free.
