How to install CodeBlocks IDE on Windows 10 [2022 Update] MinGW GCC Compiler for C & C++ Programming

When I click on Create a New Project, choose Console Application, select c++ and enter the project name, it shows A debugging check in this application has failed.
Why does it show up?
