Adding Echo and Reverb in Premiere Pro (Fast Tutorial)

Remember guys, you need two audio files for an echo / reverb, one is the dry audio and the other is a copy with the effect on, in order to be a realistic reverb you need to play both the dry clip followed by the reverb of the copy to be convincing otherwise, if you use only the reverb it sounds like a mushy distant tunnel thing where the chracter is far away from us the viewer.

Are you able to add an effect to an entire LAYER of audio? Like if my entire scene was in a cave and i don't want to individually add audio effects to all of my sounds

How do I get that for a second clip? I can do all that for 1 clip, but when I do it for a second clip, the interface changes and I can't figure it out. How do I get the interface for the first clip on the second clip?
