What, Darnell? You completely misunderstood the whole concept of what was happening at the end somehow. The entities being turned into scps or whatever you thought was happening. Like tanhony said they were bring brought down to the basement and burned in the incinerator. They were being killed, because the GOC took over the SCP in this timeline.
