I had a quick question: If the partnership entity owns another LLC (as a single member, so that LLC is a disregarded entity), and that child LLC is the real owner of that rental property, then how do we fill the Form 1065 for the partnership entity ? Where is the information for the child LLC captured ? Would the expense be just added up together ? The partnership entity does not have any direct income. Thank you very much in advance !
