Sync Gmail/Outlook To Holistic Hub

OPTION 1
How to Connect Outlook to Holistic Hub for Email Sending
If you want to send emails from Holistic Hub using your Outlook or Microsoft 365 email, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access Email Services in Holistic Hub
Log in to your Holistic Hub account.
Select the correct sub-account (if managing multiple businesses).
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Click Email Services from the menu.
Click + Add Service.

Step 2: Choose Outlook as the Email Provider
In the Add Email Provider window, select Microsoft.
Click Sign in with Microsoft.

Step 3: Authenticate Your Outlook Account
A new Microsoft login page will open.
Enter your Outlook/Microsoft 365 email address and password.
Click Sign In.
Review the requested permissions and click Accept to authorize Holistic Hub to send emails.

Step 4: Set the Email as Default (Optional)
Once connected, go back to Settings → Email Services.
Click the three dots next to your connected Outlook account.
Select Set as Default if you want Outlook to be the primary email provider for sending emails.

Step 5: Test the Connection
Go to Marketing → Emails.
Create a test email and send it to yourself.
Check if the email is delivered successfully from your Outlook address.

OPTION 2
How to Connect and Sync Gmail with Holistic Hub

If you want to send emails from Holistic Hub using your Gmail or Google Workspace (G Suite) account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access Email Services in Holistic Hub
Log in to your Holistic Hub account.
Select the correct sub-account (if managing multiple businesses).
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Click Email Services from the menu.
Click + Add Service.

Step 2: Connect Gmail as Your Email Provider
In the Add Email Provider window, select Google.
Click Sign in with Google.

Step 3: Authenticate Your Google Account
A new Google login page will open.
Select or enter your Gmail/Google Workspace email address.
Click Next, then enter your password.
Review the requested permissions and click Allow to authorize Holistic Hub to send emails.

Step 4: Set Gmail as the Default Email Provider (Optional)
After connecting, go to Settings → Email Services.
Click the three dots next to your connected Gmail account.
Select Set as Default to make Gmail the primary email provider for sending emails.

Step 5: Test the Connection
Go to Marketing → Emails.
Create a test email and send it to yourself.
Check if the email is delivered successfully from your Gmail address.

OPTION 3
How to Integrate Gmail with Holistic Hub
Integrating Gmail with Holistic Hub allows you to sync emails for sending and receiving directly within Holistic Hub’s Conversations tab. Follow these steps to complete the integration.

Step 1: Access Email Integration Settings
Log in to your Holistic Hub account.
Select the correct sub-account (if managing multiple businesses).
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Click Integrations from the menu.

Step 2: Connect Your Google Account
Find the Google integration section.
Click Connect under the Gmail option.
A Google sign-in page will open.
Select or enter your Gmail/Google Workspace email address.
Click Next, then enter your password.
Review the requested permissions and click Allow to grant Holistic Hub access.

Step 3: Verify and Configure Settings
Once connected, go back to Settings → Integrations.
You should see your Gmail account listed under the connected accounts.
Click Configure if additional settings are available.

Step 4: Test the Integration
Go to Conversations in the left sidebar.
Send a test email from Holistic Hub to a personal email address.
Check if the email is delivered successfully from your Gmail account.
Send a reply from your personal email and verify if it appears in Holistic Hub under Conversation

Additional Configuration (Optional)
Enable Email Sync to track incoming emails from contacts.
Set Gmail as the default email provider under Settings → Email Services.

OPTION 4
Connecting Gmail via Settings → Profile
This method only changes the "From Email" address used when sending emails from Holistic Hub but does not fully integrate Gmail for syncing incoming emails.

Steps:
Go to Settings → Profile.
Find the Email Signature & User Email section.
Enter your Gmail address in the email field.
Click Save.

🔹 What this does:
It sets your Gmail address as the "From Email" for emails sent from your profile.
It does not sync incoming emails or allow full two-way email communication inside Holistic Hub.
Full Gmail Integration via Settings → Integrations
This method fully connects Gmail to Holistic Hub, allowing both sending and receiving emails within the Conversations tab.

Steps:
Go to Settings → Integrations
Click Connect under Google.
Sign in with your Google account and grant permissions.
After connecting, test the integration by sending and receiving emails

🔹 What this does:
Enables two-way email syncing inside Holistic Hub.
Allows emails from Gmail to appear in Conversations.
Supports automations and workflows for Gmail emails
