1. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice

2. Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances

3. Compliance Management, Audit & Due Diligence

4.1 CSR & Social Governance

Group – 2

5. Strategic Management and Corporate Finance

6. Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency

7.5 Insolvency and Bankruptcy – Law & Practice

Kindly guide me through how much there will be theory and how much there will be practical in June 2024 examination?

Sare paper theory/descriptive hai? ya fir tax aur accounts ki tarah problem solve karna hai. Please guide.

Actually, I am wanting to give CS executive exams in June 23 or Nov 23.
I am currently in CA Inter and have exemption in Law. I always loved Law, which I realised a little late. So, do you think I should wait and get registered for the new syllabus or the old syllabus is fine for CS executive.

muje apke paas padhna he , kya aap class nahi lete kya ? because hame ap per trust he dusro par nahi and one other thing is cs ki preparation ke liye online class vs offline class which makes your study easy ? uaper video bana do please

ICSI removed taxation from professional level in the new syllabus, and it's implied that they are going to ask taxation of professional level at executive level. Earlier, the taxation at 2017 Syllabus which helped aspirant to clear the group, will in the new syllabus act as a hurdle to clear the group.

Fortunate are those who will clear Executive in Old syllabus and Professional in New Syllabus 😎😎😎

Can you advise on my query, having completed CS executive in this June(first attempt), . whether i should go for 21 months training or complete CS prof 2017.
