How to Fix Printer Issues in Windows 11

My printer is on, computer makes noise when I connect the usb, still cant find the printer after all the steps and troubleshooting. HELP!!!

After clicking on run ..there is a message we are here ti help with more options.. which one i have to select... please tell me

Worked for me! Do not trust HP Smart; it said my printers driver was up to date it was not.

Guys go to your manufacturers website. Download the appropriate driver. MANUALLY install it by double clicking the download file.

Restart PC, and solved.

Windows 11 made older printers not work; THIS is the solution.

The fix it wants me to apply is for OneNote desktop to be my default, whatever that means, and NOT my Canon. I don't like that fix. How can I make it recognize my Canon printer? Thanks

Hi. Thanks for the video. I have my computer connect to a printer shared by another computer. It will have problem every time both computers restart. The printer is connected through Local Port.

I have tried everything I have to keep uninstalling then reinstall this is the only way my printer will work, checked drivers

I did all of this and none worked.. even called Epson and they said to just get a new printer... I paid 200+ for this damn WF2850...
