While I see in the video many image ratio formats supported, I only see 1:1, 1.91:1 and 4:5 supported for my accounts. When I try uploading a story image 1080*1920 it doesn't accept the image.

Hi there - thank you for this video. We are a charity based out of India and have been trying to create Performance Max Ads and it keeps giving us this error as soon as we are on step 2 of the process - the Asset Group shows a warning icon and so does Save. We still continue to add all assets and when we save - the error displayed in as below: Save error: An error occurred. Please try again later. We are not able to contact anyone for last 5 days and hence this message. Anyone has a solution or know what is happening? Thanks

AVOID. It was working ok 1 day and then today it spent THOUSANDS of dollars an hour, sending low quality traffic to product ID's I have excluded to be sent to. It has spent in 3 hours $3000 at an ROI of 0.07! The daily budget was $800 and set to target ROI of 240%

Even after I removed the campaign it kept spending and sending bad traffic. I tried contacting Google Ads support - got some clueless customer support rep that did not even know what Performance Max is . Been on chat with them for 1 hour trying to speak to a manager and no one can help.
