ОтветитьBURN! 🔥🙌 I loved it. Now kind of enjoying body weight. It definitely challenges me mentally, what I need right now. On the belly, I needed to adjust the leg lift so my lower back would feel comfortable. So good! I felt like I couldn't do it not even thinking of finishing this workout, but here I am all the way through. Yay! Although still having a way to go to minimize breaks and to engage with the burn. Thank you for all you do Caroline. Love your workouts. Xx

Ответитьi'm out of luck with a gym lately. i live a somewhat office work style so i sit a lot. this is cool but i was wondering if you have a program where i can do glutes 3x a week. Or can I do this one 3x a week?

ОтветитьThe hardest for me was the hamstring lift . I couldn't get the form right also lack of strength. I failed and I just quit on that one 😢

I barely could hold these one leg hamstring lifts!😂😂 I'm sure I didn't do them correctly because I lifted hard my leg😂
These donkey kicks showed me that these glutes aren't the best muscle group in my body😅

This morning I was going to put on my ankle weights but at the last munute I decided not to use them... Wise choice. Never underestimate the power of bodyweight exercises! You focus on good form and feel every bit of your muscles. These Calesthenics workouts are pure gold and definitelly keepers. Brilliant!!!

I really enjoyed the flow of the workout and the selection of exercises. My lower back always starts feeling tight towards the end of a glute focused workout, but even that has improved somewhat.
