MW3: How to Install & Download Campaign Packs Tutorial! How to Play MW3 Campaign!

Got a quick question can I play Mw3 campaign with out cod HQ like I just have the disc on ps5 can I play the campaign

I got the disc can you help out in how to get the campaign it always is saying content cannot be found

Yo bro, wassup !! I bought call of duty mwIII standard edition to play on ps5 and I guess it comes with 3 games in it-
Cod war zone
Cod mw II
Cod mw III

but cod mwII is showing locked in it. Plz help me out .
