DBG, have you seen the glitch that has been plaguing the PC version for a few weeks? The basketball just comes back to passers, including refs, like a boomerang which basically ruins gameplay and can keep the game from progressing when the ref cannot pass to players.

There backs are against the wall. Take Two is trying to recoup 100 mill in loses and STILL firing/letting staff go in that effort. Its not MyTeam or 2k its the puppet master pulling strings (Take Two). GTA 6 will prob bring in more losses even if they sell the game at 150$ for standard edition. Haven’t played 2k since few weeks after the pack only drop. Been very disappointed and no reason to even come back. The bold cards are not top options like some of the free cards last season. Just disappointed to where my old favorite game has gone

Greed: Remember 2k21, when they implemented the RPG aspect to mycareer? Only reason greedy with our time, needed to be competitive, I have not dedicated any time to this game since 2k20. Greed comes in the form of the time needed for kids, or those who are NMS. The rewards pale in comparison and kids, like my 9 year old is not going to be competitive online vs some of these folks who just spend. No they will not. The packs are terrible. Kids play games.... but this is rediculous.

Both are part of the problem. 2k has been a sleazy company, while content creators also play a part in interacting with said sleazy company. You don’t have to spend money on the game to engage with it; simply creating a video about myteam sheds light on the game, locking in the PDs to get a Dark Matter card counts as interaction, etc. The only chance of 2k changing will be if you, as content creators, completely sever ties with them, but that is unlikely to happen because 2k has influenced some of your minds to think “they might change”.

The problem is that there’s nothing to do in myteam. And the rewards are either dog water or outdated by the time you can get them. 2k21 we had plenty of challenging spotlight grinds that if you’re skilled enough you can get good rewards right away, and an actually good domination where you got invincible Vince Carter
