How to replace POWER Button on Samsung Galaxy S7

I changed it, but ive noticed the the button ive bought is kinda more slim than the original. It does works, but its loose. I can use it as it is right now since i use a case and it prevents it from falling. The thing is, i've looked everywhere and everyone says the same buttons fit all the variations. There's a catch to it or something?

the only video that shows attaching outer buttons for samsung devices ,rest just popped up the back case and started doing surgery to the phone to replace the motherboard. Thank God the video is plain and simple and straight to point.

thanks dude!! fixed my note10 plus buttons. bought my phone to samsung service center INDONESIA to fix and they told me i have to replace the whole LCD panel just because of this!!! And yes, if some you guys reading my comment works there, the level of incompetence they have is just jaw dropping!!! SHAME on them

I somehow dented my phone right by the power button and the power button was stuck pushed in. I carefully dug the silver button out with a razor blade (which scratched up my phone a little, but I'd rather have a scratched phone that works instead of a unscratched phone with a broken button. I used a fingernail file on the button and on the phone and then put the button back in. It's not perfect because I couldn't file the inside of the phone very good, but it works now! Thanks for this video.
