LIst needs serious updateing due to alot of them being removed from nexus recently.

Dont bother with the 4 gigabyte update fix if you end up being blocked from accessing the files.

Best reason I still find to use 4gb New Vegas is if you use mods like Open Freeside and Open Strip. without 4gb you'll crash ALL the time in these areas, and you'll get glitches everywhere - for example the interiors of casinos wouldn't load for me and NPCs would be invisible - 4gb New Vegas fixes it

So can anyone share some insight onto a problem i'm having , i still mods , everything is checked marked , everything installed , game works but not a single mod seems to be active in the game , even though i have everything the same like in the guide videos . Can you not use mods if you don't have steam or something ? I even extracted the files manually but nothing :/ please help .

I’m a console gamer and I have a xbone so I have A LOT of experience modding fallout 4 and Skyrim special edition. My mom has a PS4 and there’s literally zero good mods for fallout 4 on PS4. But modding on xbone was so much easier, I just clicked on a mod I liked, put it where I needed it in my load order and I was done. I bought s laptop a few days ago and got new Vegas so I can finally see it modded and this is so much harder. Half the time I don’t even know if the mod I downloaded into mod manager is even activated or not

Don't use Mission Mojave! That mod is incompatible with just about every other mod out there. It also oversteps its boundaries by "fixing" things which are not bugs. Overall, it just creates more problems than what it purports to fix. Use Yukichigai Unofficial Patch, Yukichigai Gameplay Tweaks, and Unofficial Patch Plus.
