If I select just one good, say Class 26: Embroidery, will I then have the rights to everything in class 26, or must I manually select each entry of class 26? If I don't select everything class 26 covers, could someone else take the remaining entries that I didn't select?

Is it necessary to file an application for our company name AND an application for the logo (which is a design that includes the first letter of the name)? Or are both of those things able to go on the same application? Thanks!

I found 5 different descriptions that fit - all with the same class number. For example I found painting contractor and painting and interior design, if I select all 5 is there a separate fee for each, is it still a plus application or will I have to pay $350, or is each a separate trademark?

Elizabeth, I just want to thank you for this video. It motivated me to submit my application, less than a week ago, on my own. However, when I received my serial number I was able to review my application and found in the Status tab that the logo was not uploaded and has this message "No Image exists for this case". But I was able to verify, in the documents tab, that the logo file in jpeg format does appear. What could I have done wrong? Can this error be corrected?

Hello, I need to registrate my trademark and hesiteting whether to signe as individual for my trademark under my name or under my LLC , since the LLC is who declares the taxes of what it´s sold....

So, I have a question regarding when I started selling, I started using my business name in 2009 to sell at small craft shows, mainly in cash so there is no paper trail. The first recorded sale I can find online was in 2012. Can I use 2009 as my first use/sale? Or should it be 2012? Also, the products I sold then are not the same as I'm selling now. Does that make a difference?

What kind of specimen should you submit if you are selling a product? You showed an example for online coaching but what would it be for a product?

I originally created the name I want to trademark (1Lifeonearth) for my website URL. The website didn't/doesn't sell anything but it does make ad-revenue. Can my "date of first sale" be the day I created the website URL, or the day I monetized the website with ads? Cheers!
