JESSE!!!
ОтветитьPatton Oswalt is one of my favorite comedians of all time. I would so love to see him live.
Ответитьand never told a joke till this day.
ОтветитьI love hearing this story every time. Patton is a real knock out of not just a comedian, but a story teller.
ОтветитьLet me guess Minecraft story mode?
ОтветитьAnd bet no one in that audience even remembers seeing you.
ОтветитьSTAY OUT YOU DUMB HUGELINGS!!
Ответить"Two lay lip". I'm from Wa State.
ОтветитьPatton is our comic/writer laureate.
ОтветитьPatton Oswald is not funny and never was funny.
ОтветитьI've performed there too. Can confirm lol
ОтветитьI'm from Seattle awesome
ОтветитьHis joke about the birthdays is great. You only get so many birthdays. But the end of the joke is the best part where he goes. If you can make it to 120 yrs old, you’re sworn in as president and anything that comes out of your senile skull becomes the law.
Kind of got his wish with buyden now didn’t he?
Love Patton! I live about 25 minutes up the road from the Tulalip Casino. We also have many Canadians visit since it is only about 80 miles south of the border on I-5. Sounds like the trip was very worthwhile, let's see you come back! 🤗🤑
ОтветитьThis is too fucking good.
ОтветитьI just close my eyes and it’s remy
ОтветитьThis Classic Joke Must be made me into a Movie
ОтветитьA very funny and interesting story, and it's heartening to hear that Patton's first thought after receiving that much money was about paying for his daughter's college as opposed to buying a luxury item. I imagine, though, it might be a bit awkward for Alice (I believe that's her name) when she does go to college (if she hasn't already):
Fellow Student: "So, are you gonna get a job while here at college?"
Alice: "Possibly, but I don't really have to worry about student loans."
FS: "That must be nice. What do your parents do?"
A: "Well, my mom was a true-crime author, and my dad gets paid to have people scream at him."
I love Patton; he did an incredible job as Remy’s voice in Ratatouille. And he’s meant to be in the new Ghostbusters movie. 💙😎
ОтветитьOH MY GOD JESSIE FROM MCSM!!!
ОтветитьI can understand why he was bullied. He has a face you just wanna punch.
ОтветитьThe amount of money was well spent sin e hes atill talking about it they are still profiting off it
ОтветитьAnd you got the material for this joke too 🤣 So much win
ОтветитьWHAT AN INCREDIBLE FAIL!!!! Cutting off the last part of that skit is the most idiotic thing I've ever seen!!! It wasn't over yet, you HACK....whoever it was that cut this up for comedy central. You should get yelled at by your boss!!!
ОтветитьRATATOUILLE!
AAGGHHGHGHGHGHHH!!!!!
I love him on the Goldberg
ОтветитьMe encanta todo lo que hace Patton!
ОтветитьJesus didn’t come and kick him in the face, does that mean he isn’t here lol
ОтветитьFine
ОтветитьI love this guy!!!
ОтветитьThis is my favorite story
Ответить"I had my career screamed at me" lmfao... I lost it . Good stuff thanks for content
ОтветитьThis one had me cackling. XD
ОтветитьIf I was there I would have yelled CONSTABLE BOB!
ОтветитьIt’s pronounced Tulalip ( TU-LAY-LUP or LIP ) which represents the forced consolidation of various tribes of indigenous people who lived in small populated villages around the Puget Sound region of Washington State. Forced to sign the treaty in 1855, a full year before the US had full legal ownership of the land (by treaty with UK which succeeded the southern half of the Columbia Territory to both UK & US in 1846 for 10 years in which the US would gain full ownership in 1856. The southern half became American Columbia Territory (renamed: Oregon Country by the original American squatters which the British kept confined in the Willamette Valley just south of Fort Vancouver)& the northern half British Columbia, as it is today. The name “Tulalip” means “bay shaped like purse”. As with most treaties the Point Elliot treaty was the first to list multiple tribes giving up all land rights to live on the new reservation. All tribal chiefs congregated at Point Elliot (current day Mukilteo, WA) & were told if they did not sign, they would be arrested, tried for various crimes, & hung to death. A new chief would be elected by the tribe to replace that chief & as many as it takes until the treaty was signed. At least one chief was executed. It’s unclear exactly how many protested, but eventually they realized they had no choice or else the entire consolidation would become extinct. President Grant through Executive Order finalized the treaty after the Civil War. The people of Tulalip lived in absolute poverty from that period on until after the completion of Interstate-5 in the early 1970s which was built on the eastern border of their reservation. A smoke shop, liquor store & bingo hall eventually turned into a small very successful casino. By 1990 the reservation was now considered to be within the greater Seattle metropolitan zone & their proximity to I-5 made them an ideal location to invest in retail… the rest is History. Today Tulalip is one of the wealthiest tribes in the USA. BEING the #2 employer (2nd only to Boeing who builds the 777 across from Tulalip Bay) has given them political clout & power. Their source of wealth comes from a high rise Hotel/resort & casino, as well as lucrative shopping at the largest mall of world famous designers on the Pacific Coast. This accumulation of business & wealth is all within a small village called “Quilceda Village” which isn’t really a village at all. What it is… is the ONLY OTHER FEDERAL DISTRICT, outside of the District of Columbia where the nations capitol is located. That’s correct. Not only is their WASHINGTON D.C., , but their is also Quilceda Village, the only other Federal District within this country & the only Federal District in an Indian Reservation. THIS is what gave investors the confidence to invest in Tulalip. Tulalip sits in the center of the far west end of Snohomish County which has a population over 800,000. Most people are blue collar workers. Tulalip is our playground where the local sheriff isn’t welcomed unless called. Having witnessed all of this throughout my life, from rags to riches, it’s been quite deserving & quite the show. People here work hard & party harder.
ОтветитьThe only possible way to liste to this dude Is to her hammered
ОтветитьI love this story. Not only is it entertaining, but though it was bizarre at the time he was really getting paid for all the hard work he's put into his career over the years -- he was rewarded with recognition and monetary compensation for his body of work, which drew the crowd in that night. I'm really happy for him and hope he wasn't too disappointed the night of the show with the way it went.
ОтветитьI 've stayed at this casino. He ain't lying.
ОтветитьHe's brutally honest and very self aware lol.
ОтветитьI'd love to know what a sacrilegious amount of money is...
Ответитьhilarious 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNW Indians are the drunkest Indians
ОтветитьSellout Coward!
ОтветитьThis libtard used to be funny.
Ответитьi forgot he did Remy.
I liked him in king of queens too.
Oswalt is a WOKE hateful creep!!
ОтветитьSo the show itself was basically another “meet and greet” but he had a microphone and a whole theatre of drunkards, that time? 😂
ОтветитьI love the cadence in his voice. Oswalt has fantastic comedic timing. What a beautiful combo
ОтветитьThis is what happens in states like Washington , people trying so hard to forget their miserable existence in fascist states and what lays await for them in their everyday life . Sanctuaries, less police and more violent crimes . Who do you think is patronizing the cartel drug trade . It's not just the homeless, pimps, wannabe hipsters !
