i tasted of the wonderfulness of the present moment from extreme mindfulness from extreme gratitude and awareness of all the blessing here right now in the present moment immense gratitude and letting go of stress and fears knowing that so much miracles are possible even though the mind tries to distract and blind i was able to enter into a state of extreme gratitude thankfulness and awareness and will do so again right now even while typing this and remain in that state i believe beyond my belief and pray and meditate i am thankful and that others may experience that freedom just the cool air on skin that nice feeling much more of miracle then my mind led me to believe the healing miracle after sick days hoiw we can appreciate good health 10x more even before we get sick we could have done that somehow the possibility of good things happening once again that happened once before such as those beings who get to walk the path to enlightenment with faith to attain it so much miracles no words even needed just present moment awareness the grace of god idk forsure its beyond words i dont mean to try to be a teacher enlightenment is real and the path to enlightenment i am thankful we are so blessed and loved!! there is much to be thankful for as long as we are alive forsure!! and nothing to be feared there is no good reason to i am confident edit:this video was a huge blessing!

His voice is so soothing. Gil Fronsdal has an equally soothing Buddhist voice. Before ASMR I would listen to both of these on podcasts and I was asleep instantly.

Ive watches numerous conferences of this man and the people in the back are always coughing. Like wtf

So when I was little around 7/8/9 me and my little sister went to stay with our grandparents with our dad for a few days.
I remember one night waking up in bed. The lamp was still on and my sister was sleeping in the bed next to me. The door was slightly open and I couldn't sleep. All of a sudden a voice appeared. It was the voice of an old man and it was telling me a story. It was coming from outside the doorway. I remember listening and thinking to myself who could it be. It was not my grandads voice. It was very oldish and almost husky. It was a nice voice and I wasn't scared at all. I was more curious as to who the heck is was. I was kind of listening and wondering at the same time. I was plucking up the courage to get up and go look. I decided I would pretend I needed the toilet so that just incase someone asked why I was out of bed i could say I was going to the bathroom. As soon as I sat up and started to get out of bed it stopped. I went out into the hallway and nobody was there. I even went a little bit downstairs and I could hear and see my dad and grandparents watching tv and talking, so it wasn't them.
I sometimes wonder if I imagined the whole thing but I remember asking my dad the next day about it and he had no idea what I was talking about. I've never heard it since. I'm now 31.
I think I almost remember some of the story. I think it was about a woods or forest and maybe a tree of some kind. It's like a memory but also a dream. I'm like 90% sure it happened and that's because I do remember physically getting up and going into the bathroom and checking halfway down the stairs.
It's always baffled me.
But the voice is what I remember most. The voice was so calm, kind and soothing. It was the perfect story telling voice.

Technically, the coughing can be removed with Adobe Audition or other audio editing software. But why ruin the sheer comedic genius of the comment section? 😂
