ОтветитьFor those who claim sugar is a cause of diabetes, it's an absolute myth, there is NO medical or scientific evidence to prove that sugar in your diet is a direct cause of diabetes. Blood sugar and sugar in your diet is a totally different issue.
Sure, once youre a diabetic you should moniter or reduce your intake of sugar and carbohydrates, as part of a healthy diet but you don't need
to remove them from your diet
completely. My wife has been a diabetic for over 20 years and she is fed up with ignorant non- diabetic people thinking they are experts on the subject.
Grapefruit now and then works for me for high blood regulation

I eat baby food fruit, it's soft. I love and miss peaches because of my IBS-D so my gut is sensitive. I don't eat canned anything.

ОтветитьTwo things Dates which i adore but pretty sure they are a no no because of the sweetness can anyone shed light, the other is green bananas I was previously told they would cause tummy upsets and diarrhea, and having tried them I concur with the latter I had terrible trouble after eating one for two days, so whats the real story on green bananas as diarrhea can lead to leaching of nutrients and dehydration.

Meat is bad
Dairy is bad.
Medications are bad
Refined foods are bad.
It's the added sugar not the fruit.
Nothing wrong with bananas. Ripe bananas are higher in enzymes. Making them the healthier choice
Unfiltered juice is fine
Only white table salt is bad.
And it's not sodium. It's salt. Sodium is baking soda. Not salt.

ОтветитьI don't eat or drink any of the mentioned on your video. I like apples and that's the fruit I eat the most. I do eat other fruits but all in moderation, the same with raw vegetables.

Ответить5 Worst Fruits? Much of this review was not about actual bad fruit, but processing that has changed some of them and made them less healthy because of additives etc, or conflict with medications. I see only one good example shown, of fruit that can increase blood pressure: ripe bananas.

ОтветитьThis has nothing to do with the fruit itself, it's how the fruit is prepared with added sugar. Bananas are high in fiber which controls the levels of sugar going into the bloodstream.
