They really set her up to be an amazing villain character; way better than the typical bad guy whos bad because he's bad along with his army of faceless bad guys. Only to try and make her be the victim and for the viewer to forget the endless atrocities because she had a relatively minor trauma for a super hero.

Also Thanos sucked, killing half the people is as dumb as doubling the current resources, he's not deep. Wanda could have been, we actually genuinely had some sympathy for her but understood she went crazy.

Stop fanboying Wanda. She's low level reality stone. She barely managed to hex a city, while Thanos was able to hex entire Titan. Malekith could affect entire universe.

I've always been terrified by Wanda's ability to change and manipulate the reality when I think what successive changes might give rise to.That's why she lost her mind and went crazy.Constantly changing reality causes one to lose the perception of what is real and what is not.
