Got an oil change and the guy chatted with me. Found out i lived close to him and he said "we are almost neighbors" and also let me know he takes his son to the water rides at a particular amusement park. We even joked a bit. I did not get my oil change done for a long time and he laughed and said "it will be our secret". Then after everything was finished i thanked everyone and blurted out the fact i had waited so long. The guy was like "That was our secret". Oops. I was so nervous at that point as i recently left a difficult marriage. I also look younger than I really am. Im not looking at this time as I still have one child to raise. But so far I have had 4 men ranging in age seeming to be more than "nice" to me. I am so out of it as it has been over 2.5 decades! Thus the reason i watched this video. Lol.

Well! I've got a bit of a confusing dilemma here. So this dude I've been super into has gone out of his way a few times to find me before I leave, and I do to find him too, as we kind of pass each other on the way out/in during work shifts. We have teased each other a bit, and today we had a meeting, and he sat right next to me and we kept making eye contact and he kept mirroring the same body language as myself, and we kept purposely (pretty sure it was purposely) trying to scoot closer and touch arms when we leaned near each other. After the meeting, we chatted a little and I kinda babbled to him finally I had the worst crush on him. He laughed and asked for my number, then called for a second to give it to me as well. Before I left, we kept running into each other and laughing and joking and I could not think. I told him to get home safe since it was a bad storm and he said the same to me... but then fast forward a few hours, and he doesn't respond to the two texts I sent. Is that a sign of disinterest? I really can't tell if I'm too optimistic or reading him wrong, and could use some feedback.

I have a co-worker who I find staring at me all the time. I've actually seen him turn around, toward me when he was walking away and look through a door window when I was on the other side. We've passed each other in the hallway and stared for several seconds before going our own ways. But whenever I try to talk to him, he barely acknowledges me & gives me a couple word answer. And now, when I feel him looking at me & look up, he instantly looks away. I am in my late 40's and he's in his 40's somewhere....I don't know because we've never really spoken more than a few words. Do guys this age still do things like this? I thought this was a high school thing.

I mean there are differences... Guys will typically have some sort of attraction for decent to great looking women. We may not want to appear foolish around them and are kinda wanting to look good for any women who have some attractiveness. We are hoping to pick up on a women noticing us. It makes us feel better. Like an ego boost i guess if we feel like girls think we are attractive. But for me atleast just because i think someone is attractive i often am not really "interested" in them. Maybe they arent really good looking enough, maybe we just dont want to bother because we dont think we are campatable or that its realitic that amything will come of it anyways. I am different than most guys because i am not good with people in general. I spent my childhood alone and alpt og adulthood too. I just never was outgping or aggressive enough because i was shy but also it was just like i didnt realize that how i was acting (or not acting) had so much effect one way ot the other. I am mostly only interested in having conversations and sharing stories and ideas with women and men.. and after it seems we have enough in common then i start to develope an emotinal attachment. Those two things are all i am interested in. Honestly i never was very comfortablr with sex. Its a long story but regardless i have lost i think every relationship i have had with girls because of me not being sexual enough. They say it makes them feel unwanted. But i dont get much pleasure from sex bexause i spend the whole time worrying what the girl is thinking about me. And i have never lived up to what they wanted. I just am not a take control type.

Anyways im trying to say that because i have some mental fears about sex and also because i am socially akward. I do not act like a gur is supposed to. I guess maybe i treat all girls like friends. Even if i think they are pretty i will never go beyond being friendly and starting some conversations. And i bet almost 25% of other guys are similar.

Later went on to discover he had a gf ... and had seen his true feelings for her whenever we all three met and he exactly behaved the way you have described in your video.

I will never understand why people are not just sincere about their feelings instead of using all sorts of gestures which not anyone understand and can be wrongly interpreted by the other side...I know a guy who is very kind, amazing, went overboard helping and praising me at work, smiling when we meet and talk, sometimes initiates invites but always in group settings...I am very shy and insecure myself and not feeling good about my looks so i keep getting mixed signals from him but why on earth doesn't he just come up and say clearly what exactly he wants from me? How am i to know if he has just friendly past coworker intention and just finds me amusing at the pub because he's bored after nist of the ppl have finished working at our project or does he want me for romantic or sexual reason?? This is so frustrating.

I’m interested in this guy but we don’t talk all that much. However, he says hi to me often, and often times he will smile in an amusing or almost childish way. I catch myself staring at him a lot and oftentimes we make eye contact and then we both smile. I can’t tell if he is being polite or actually genuinely smiling. He is more “popular” so I don’t know. Sometimes when we talk he teases me but I still can’t tell since he is more popular.

Out of Nowhere he said to me "I notice you and I work on the same shift together." I found it a little odd because...I didn't even notice really. The truth is we only work 1 day a week together. He stopped me to ask me what kind of music I was listening to...then he told me he he liked the same music. I don't want to accuse him of liking me...I don't necessarily share his interest. I just find everything highly suspicious. I talk myself out of thinking. Till he does something else. I notice he stares alot or ends up close to me...I'm gonna pay attention when I work with him again to see if he does it to anyone else.
