[AHK GUI] AutoHotkey Gui Mini Tut #24 Multiple GUIs 2

I've watched most of your tutorials multiple times, including this one. Thanks for them.

Question: I have a ToolTip which is on at the beginning of the GUI then it goes off when a button is clicked. I want the ToolTip move with the main Gui . When I add a similar function it drags the Tooltip to the new position even when it is supposed to be off! Is there a command to check if the ToolTip is on or off when I move the main GUI?
