Lately, a lot of people around me are saying they stocked up way too much food than needed; sadly, now it’s all going bad and being thrown away. I believe that as long as you don’t see fungus on your food, you can try to be innovative and make something out of it instead of throwing it away. If you have spoiled milk and over ripe bananas at home, use them to make a banana sponge cake. This recipe is very easy and it doesn’t require too much time. So for a grad student like me, it can be a fancy breakfast.
