Giving my adult children money for travel. They have a Colorado trip planned!

This year where all in different states and some in different countries. Every one would love a plan ticket 😂 I can see myself gifting two but anymore is out of the budget.

I always enjoy your videos, Rebecca. ♥ This one was interesting, even though I personally don't do gifting at Christmas (senior on a fixed income), except for my two youngest grandchildren...and they get money, about $50 each. I know that lots of people think money is an impersonal gift; however, the kids are often saving up for something special that they really want, so they love to get money! And they don't need any more stuff. But if I did do gifts, your ideas are good ones. ♥

Another things that I tried and people appreciated is to get locally and hand made soaps. Also, where I live not too far from you, we have temecula olive oil company with many beautiful oil choices, also in San Diego we have a spanish village with hundreds of local artists making pottery, wood carvings, weaving, quilts, jewelry etc. Many choices are also to be found at local farmer's markets if one is available. I would think many area have something specific and special locally produced.
Also I have spend time researching organic sustainable fair trade t shirt company and will be using that as a gift for some people (The classic T shirt company out of LA) and there is continuous steps ( organic socks that supoort a specific cause and you will see the logo of that charity on the socks). This year we are combining a few of your ideas for our gift giving. We made our own wine, from juice from a local vineyard! We collected used wine bottles from friends and family to bottle our wine. Next, I’m working on reusable gift bags, upcycled from other textiles I have on hand.
