Make Templates with Essential Graphics in Adobe After Effects

Hi, Thanks for the nice and simple tutorial. I was wondering how i can connect the Background Box to the position of the Text. So when i change the position of the Text, the Box moves with it. Can anybody Help me Out?

can I make templates with an adjustable text layer if this text layer has to be inside of a pre-comp in order for the animation to work?
