That means cap should accelerate his punch with more value than 20m/s²

Well, Tony wasn't "seeing through" the shield; it was just a wire-frame outline/digitized version of the face so he could tell basically where it was. If he was actually seeing through it -- Captain America's face wouldn't have been jagged lines like that.

Maybe this is a detail, when scott lang push the right button on his helmet it's spread his mask up and down but when he push the left one it comes off one solid piece. This could be wrong due to fact that his mask shape was different from previous one.

The Iron Man suit doesn't see through the shield, it extrapolates what must be behind there from the available information. Look at the part of the head that's peaking over the shield, at that angle there's really only one position the rest of the head could be in. If you can draw realistic human anatomy you could fill that in yourself, but Tony is a lazy bastard so he made the computer do it instead of busting out pencil and paper

That punch power of captain America is actually WAY too weak. The average professional heavyweight boxer can hit with anywhere between 5,000-7,000 newtons of force.

It’s crazy the MCU was so careful about the details back then and now in Secret Invasion they don’t even think about it enough to leave out drax’s tattoos or “squidward’s” rings.

I might have found another detail, probably, idk this might sound stupid. When Ant Man shrinks into Tony's suit during the airport battle, Tony says "Who's speaking", Ant Man says "It's your consciousness, we don't talk a lot these days". Tony clearly starts panicking after these words saying "Friday?", and I thought this is because of that scene in Iron Man 3 at the restaruant with Rhodey when he had an anxiety attack, and it happened again; he might have thought this was his consciousness for real.

Vision may be an artificial person, but he's still a person.

A lot of you been saying 1346 newton isn't as great of a punch as some of other Cap's punches. I totally agree. But the reason I said it's nuts is because we gotta consider the fact that by that time Cap was already fighting for a good 10-15 minutes. That too against THE Iron Man and carrying a suit and a Vibrarium made shield. Despite all these he managed to throw a punch generating 1346 newton, that's worth mentioning, isn't it? :)
