Getting started with Shopify theme development (from scratch / complete guide)

I'm new to Shopify development and would appreciate some guidance on creating a theme from scratch in Shopify. Can someone provide assistance or insights on the role of Shopify CLI and Theme Kit access?

I've worked with shopify development for a brief period of time some years ago and now I'm trying to get back on track. Your content was super clear and direct so thank you for helping me remember a lot of stuff and inspiring me to try and build my own liquid code and theme structure.

Robby this video is the best ive seen covering shopify, im 35 mins in and I love the way you've gone through each tamplate skiping the CSS, only focusing on the most important parts and worrying about the looks later is so valuable. Great video!

I followed the steps and got this error $ theme configure -s (Store ame) -t (theme Number) -p (API Password)
bash: theme: command not found

Exactly what I am looking for in shopify tutorial! Good job! Though I would say this is not for the real beginner. It aasumes you already know Liquid.

Hey... I'm using windows 10 it says no theme found ( theme configure -s) in in cmd

when we create new pages like "Terms of condition" how do we edit page from editor,i tryed using page.terms.liquid and when i hover over file it says its untracked. (BTW in case u explain in the video i havent finished yet cuz im trying to learn every single thing that you did) Thank you.

I'm having some trouble getting the color settings from the schema to render to the page. The settings checkbox has no problem at all, but for some reason both the background and text colors won't render.
Does anyone know if this syntax has changed? Thank you
