The BEST Project Management Software For Your Agency

For anyone that likes Airtable but perceives it to complicated to adapt I recommend SmartSuite, which is a similar tool but in my opinion somewhat easier to grasp the interface and packed with large library of fantastic templates to get you up and running.
Another good software for Project Management, especially for smaller teams, is ZOHO Projects, and for larger teams SmartSheet.
My background is from Sales and Marketing but I have also worked as a trainer in Project Management with Microsoft Project as a tool.

so you give all your team members the password for your airtable and they can view everything?

I use Airtable and I'm a solopreneur; I like to use it for my databases and project management when making websites for clients. I think it's the best tool out there for an all-in-one solution.

Airtable is not that good as it cannot export the interface or reports in PDF.

Thanks for the video! I think that from your list, the best one is Clickup because it has lots of tools and probably businesses of any size can use it. But I'd rather prefer Flowlu for business needs. It's because you can manage tasks, projects, CRM, finances, and many other things in one place. I'm surprised that you haven't included Flowlu on your list.

Have you worked with any company that has used any of these and if so what is your opinion about them?

I love AirTable, but one thing that bothers me and hold me back from switching is that it's not possible to link records between bases. If we have a CRM base and a project management base where we want to link the projects to companies in the CRM, it's just not possible... and having everything in one base is dumb due to several reasons IMO

How are you managing that, Jordan?

Interesting video, Jordan. I've heard a few bigger agencies use Airtable and don't feel I'm anywhere near their level but would rather pick the right option at the start!
