It's wild to me that their healers don't communicate with one another. My group is midcore, and the whm and sage in our group are constantly calling out to each other during prog, communicating what they have on cooldown, saying what spell they're casting, staggering their heals so they can avoid overhealing as much as possible. They meet up before and after raid to discuss mechanics and plan out their heals.

That dice prick won't even talk directly to the astro. wtf 😅

It's so funny that xeno's chat was calling Wave a crybaby last video, but here we have the static leader showing that actually every single twat on his team is a sensitive little snowflake who clutched their pearls every time Wave offer the slightest constructive criticisms. They're so fragile that speaking normally is somehow considered angry yelling. Like, wtf. These assholes are such a bunch of clowns.

Leaning on nepotism would be respectful if not my thing. But this is bleh.

I haven't played healer that much only to help friends or family to play other than that seeing those logs and the clip I can tell dice wasn't wanting to work with wave and has the classic "you don't pay my sub" feel. Any good healer would have this conversation on how to adjust so mp isn't needlessly scarce for the support nor main healer. How I would have handled it was to ask him to send me the logs and ask where I could adjust and fix what I can be doing and see if we can try it a couple of times so I could get it down. This feels like the only one communicating is wave and is just being gas lighted while trying to help them out.

im so down to play ff14. i've raided hours upon hours in multiple mid guilds who thought they were hc in wow, and having half a 40man raid on mute was just the norm for me. this seems profoundly easy to navigate, no matter how hard the content is. wave dodget a fat bullet and im about to sub to this very dumb game. thanks for this content

This is the reason I do only casual content and move to other games these days. "Hardcore" community is quite toxic on so many levels, that it is hard to finish a single tier with a static and even when you do, the static collapses instantly after. I personally expirienced:

I saw someone being kicked for playing on PS4, I saw someone being kicked for showing replay proving they didn't messed up when they were called out, best dps being removed at enrage prog of last battle for a tier because a friend of the leader is coming back to the game. I saw group where people hate each other so much, that instantly after tier clear there is no trace of the static. I saw people being gaslighed and removed as Ren did to this guy. Just enough of that, casual content is more then enough to keep you busy in an MMO to avoid all of this crap.

Damn Rin has the same tactics as my first ex. He going for the emotional & mental damage on wave. Lets get the logs on that dps because I'm sus Rin is botting gas light skill rotations. I don't even know who the fuck wave is before all this but dude just sounds like he is trying to discus mechanics. I played wow up to burning and that shit was yelling. These guys, man, creating a problem out of nothing, on (imho) the most enjoyable and fun mmorpg out there, just play the game, have fun, get enough friends or like minded people in a guild to run the hard stuff and learn together. Hell, my guild is filled with absolute noobs and we learnt little by little. 2 years ago it looked we'd be absolutely out of our minds if we said we'd do any ultimate at all, but after so many synched savage raids we're finally to the point where we've cleared UwU in roughly 16 hours (4 hs a day fri+saturday) and we're just having a blast, laughing whenever we make dumb mistakes and helping each other out when we're struggling with certain mechanics or rotations. Instead, this group just keeps certain core members and rotates everyone else because they ''fail'' to meet their standards, where's the fun in that? It's not like the people they've kicked sucked or didn't want to listen at all.

Tbh if anyone told me "dont heal" or stop my rotations because i prefer healing when i see someones health at 80% or below vs 40%, i will tell them no. My reactions are NOT so fast that i can make split second clicks. My mouse sometimes wont register clicks and i prefer making sure people.. idk.. STAY ALIVE! so i rsther have room for error. It takes 1 fuck up to destroy a run and im not going to try to be that person.

Ok, not even two minutes in and I already see the good old gamer(TM) who can't be pleased. The chat in the reaction to Wave's video was full of "should've made a script" and not it's full of "haha this loser is reading a script"

My guild chose to carry two senior citizens instead of recruiting for heroic. It got frustrating at times, but the memories are worth more than slightly better purples that die when new content comes out.

What a pity that in this game people are valued for their usefulness. If you fail, you will be laughed at. I noticed that here people really like to show off. All those glowing weapons from ultimates in lims are a clear sign of this. All of these things make it impossible for me to have fun with this game. It seems to me that every crowned man is following me at the roulette tables.

I hate tone policing. Some people don't get that having an edge to your voice is not yelling and happens when someone is upset. It seems like Rin couldn't handle hearing Wave being upset and that's on Rin. Maybe he should see a therapist for that.

I will say that most groups I’ve played with have been very accommodating with my preference to stay muted as long as I’m able to listen and respond in chat, I’m trans and currently feel very uncomfortable with how my voice sounds, so whilst I’m working on it I prefer to stay quiet in vc, and it’s never been a problem for me or my group before.

Why wasn’t that the first reason he said for why they kicked him from the team but no instead he said he did stick up for him when he didn’t and lied then in the middle they started with all this other stuff and are saying he is getting mad and being loud with people when he wasn’t in any of the of audio they’ve showed. It seems more like after he made his video they made a video to respond and started picking all this shit they could put in the video to completely make him wrong and the bad person, when he has already been caught lying in the beginning of his video. If you already lied on video it makes it really hard to believe anything else you say without showing proof of it.
