Recently went thru a few of these as test drives, as we now a family of 6! It came down to the Mitsubishi xpander and the Honda BR-V.

We decided on the Honda BR-V elegance. Really excellent value for money, and very happy with the final decision!

Reason? Xpander felt a bit more purched in the drivers seat, felt also a little less friendly handle corners like it may be easier to roll.

The BR-V felts more like it was hugging the road, compact yet spacious and a comfortable drive.

Both have the same engine/torque. Really like the Honda gear paddles on the steering wheel which allows you to override the CVT when you want more control.

Where's hyundai?

Hello, I have a 2009 1.3 M/T vios @ 85k and looking to replaced it with an A/T which will be used in 1hr/day solo driving and weekly malling of a small family. My budget is 1.5M, should be fuel efficiency and known brands are preferred. Its harder for me to pick because we might go with our extended family on our monthly out of town trips.

Future plan is to also have a 2nd hand small car with a 0.8 or 1 li A/T for daily driving.
