Holy cow. Great workout. I've been following GCN for awhile and this was my first workout video to follow along. Really kicked me into gear. Gotta keep this up! Keep making videos like this and my fiancé won't recognize me!

ОтветитьI love the sport orientated training this has. Alot of spin classes feel like an aerobics class. But this had me in a mindset of being out on the road, and in a race. Bloody loved it!
ОтветитьWhat type of brakes are they using? Is it the padded brake or the magnetic one ? I’m deciding which one to buy and I’d probably buys the one that they are using since I have been following their spin trainings
ОтветитьReally hard beautiful ride! There was a useless racecar commercial about ten minutes in. Man, did that throw my ride off! Was that suppossed to be there? Get rid of it if it was! I was also expecting to see the ocean at the top, but then again, I've never been to Mallorca.

ОтветитьLast year I had a open triple A operation I now have a plastic Aorta and 4 op’s on one of my kidneys the GCN workout videos have got me fit again my bike is old and worn out but then so am I but at 68 I can’t complain. thank you

ОтветитьI’m just getting back into my workouts. Today my bow flex bike says I burned 366 calories, my apple watch calculated 208 active 255 total calories and average BPM 151. My main goal is health, I’m over 50 years old, female. Any suggestions for my workout to make sure I am actively engaged? Would like to see myself increase in time. Thank you for a really wonderful workout GNC!

ОтветитьI’ve been working out for 15 years (sprinting, running, strength training, high intensity cardio.) I started doing cycling as a low impact form of cardio while recovering from having my third baby. Didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but didn’t want anything too easy or “boring” — wish granted 😅 this workout is a challenge every time, and I find myself reaching for that sweat towel towards the end. It’s adaptable to your level, keeps your attention, and goes by pretty fast!!

ОтветитьI'm sure it's great for fitness. My understanding is that these intense efforts are fuelled by sugar and that to burn fat one needs to go longer and slower. Personally I like to know how long we're going to be standing and how long each effort/recovery is
ОтветитьAs someone whos been following GCN exclusively for my spin bike workout for the last 1.5 years, this video is my favourite. Reasons being:
-no matter what type of effort level i can put in, this one makes me sweat the most
- with the music matched to the cadence, theres no guessing if you are off on cadence effort.
- the music is well matched for this workout. Beat really helps with effort and timing, and effort moods.
