thank you kassandra! ive been using your teachings for the last year and a half. ive been doing yoga everyday for the last six months though (most everyday) and it helps my mind body to wake up and it fuels something in me that i wouldnt have known needed fueling by myself. your practices are so amazing. your voice is nice, your instructions are easy to follow and i really appreciate the content you make. thank you thank you
