Hi dr Jo, I know it’s not related to the subject but I’m 20 and one day suddenly I started to feel lumbar pain, then I felt leg weakness and it’s one year since I feel this weakness. Can it be from my spine? All the blood tests are good (I made a lot of tests), cranial MRI is good. Please help☹️🥹

Please please answer this question. Recently my lower back pain has worsened. But it's different than it has ever been. When I sleep in a bed or really anywhere flat the next morning I can't straighten my back out without pain in the lower area till late in the evening. However, if I sleep in a recliner this pain is greatly reduced all day. I would really love to know if you have ever had this problem before? What's wrong with me?

Thanks for this video! I'm currently a high school freshman discovering what I want to do for a living. I really want to help others, love working with people, and really like that exercise is the "medicine" for healing patients. I think PT might be a great fit for me! What is the work-life balance of a PT?

I never really knew what Physio was in my junior years. I thought it linked to personal training and dancing to the beat of a song with dumbbells in your hands. I noticed I have some motivation skills and I really want to watch people recover. When my last few years rolled by, I finally made the decision to research this and follow it as my career choice. Is there any chance you can give me a flat-out description of a typical day in a physiotherapist’s life?

Hello! Love Your channel! My mom is incredible Physiotherapist and she is very passionate about her work and loves that she is able to help people the way You do it as well! I am really doubting between choosing a physiotherapy as a profession or clinical psychology. Do You know whether if I have BCs in physiotherapy I would be able to then continue with a Master degree or PhD in Psychology?

Hello, i just find this channel today and already subscribed. I am planning for physiotherapist studies but I am scared about weither or not I will be formed correctly enough to perform/exercise my job perfectly. Here is my question, did you learn more practical stuff at college or was it more theoretical? Did you get better formed by college or by personal internships (I am asked to get mandatory ones before working as a physiotherapist)

Hello, I am currently in a search to get to know more about the profession. A bit of background information for me is that I am now nearing my graduation for a psychology bachelor program (undergraduate) and I am contemplating whether the job description of a Physical Therapist may be suitable for someone adopting a psychosomatic approach and who is looking to work with people on a first-hand basis. Do you think there is a connection among the field of psychology and physical therapy? And if the response is affirmative what graduate program do you think I could pursue?

P.S: I appreciate the information shared in this video a lot!

In advance thank you for your time,

Ben

I’m 17 now and I decided I want to try to become a PT. First off, is it difficult to become a PT, and what major do you recommend to go with to become a PT when going into college? Also, I don’t know if this will help, but I will be going to Kent state which is located in Ohio. May be back in a 2 years to ask questions when I graduate. 😅

I personally have never had any experience at all with PT stuff and it’s been really hard with trying to do stuff like that when COVID is going on still. It’s been really sad for me during college because I really want to get hands on experience or shadow someone but they aren’t doing it due to COVID so I don’t know what to do right now since I’m stuck with this... do you have any advice?🥺
