thank you for your reply in advance.
ОтветитьHello.
Question.
The fan doesn't work for me.
When do you turn on the fan?
fan on temperature ?
ОтветитьFan not working my mini charger
ОтветитьFake one? 'X' white...
ОтветитьDid yours come with the power supply?
ОтветитьWhere is the balance plug for lipo packs???
ОтветитьWhen internal fan will spinn during charging or discharging????
ОтветитьI love mine. I have even used it to charge my dead car batteries.
ОтветитьThe adapter is just a metal contact ... there is no 'power limiter' in the adapter (or any adapter for that matter)...
ОтветитьDoes this come with a plug for the house
ОтветитьBeen using this to charge my batteries of mini 4Wd and I'm impressed
ОтветитьЯ не понял, у вас есть WIFI модуль что бы продемонстрировать как работает на смартфоне?
ОтветитьWould you know the difference between the full size B6 V2 and this mini feature wise? I want to buy a charger but still confused why I should get the mini over the full size with same B6 V2 name.
Thanks, Ken
Lol! It has a power brick!!! What a fuckin scam hahahhaha
Not so mini anymore.......
I guess you dont need it when using DC input....
Btw that black plug is called a universal plug. Or JR plug or futaba plug.
Its super old school and has been around forever. Thats why lots of people just call them universal. Lots of servos and small batteries still use them.
I like everything about this charger except the power brick...... Maby i should get a power supply with it and run DC input..! I would rather that then a cheap power brick.
THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP
best charger ive ever had
ОтветитьCould I charge a car battery with that, too?
ОтветитьSeven and a half minute and you didn't even turn on that thing. Really?
ОтветитьI have it n mine works 👍
Ответитьwill it be efficient if i use a dc adapter with 12v and 5A charge? thanks anyway
Ответитьhi nice video,,,i have a ni-cd battery pack..(4.8v,,500mAh) and what should be the settings for charge it...thanks
Ответитьhi, can it balance discharge down to 2.5 volts for 18650 packs ?
Ответитьturn it on man!!!
ОтветитьWorthless!
ОтветитьShouldn't it be "Lee-Po as in Li-thium Po-lymer?
Ответитьcan you charge 4x 3s lipos with this one using a balance board?
ОтветитьI've bought this charger recently and i mentioned that these buttons are very wobbly and they are not sitting well.
Have you got this problem? Because it is very annoying.
If you had of bought the AC version you wouldn't have the problem of the big transformer power pack! the Ac version is the only way to go ..
ОтветитьThanks Ryan for this review. I was looking at this specific charger on multiple websites and wasn't sure if it was as good as people say. I don't own any hobby grade RC, so I was looking for any cheap charger (under $50) that would charge my NiMH 300mAH 7.2V battery. It has a JST plug I think(it came with my Kit). I recently bought an Orlandoo Crawler 1/35 Kit. I'm trying to get it up and running. Its a neat off road truck. You have to assemble everything yourself. If you're interested let me know and I'll leave a link. Thanks again for your review. I've been subscribed for a year, I appreciate the effort you put into all your work. You've saved me lots of headaches and time. I bought a cheerson Hubsan FPV quad thanks to you I found the one that's right for me.
Ответитьso can this charge big hobby grade batteries? 5000 mah+? I have 2 smc 5000mah 2s lipos so do you think I'd be able to charge it?
ОтветитьHi Ryan, I am wondering what the charge time would be for the Cheerson CX-20 battery? I am thinking about buying this and my old charger would charge it in 3 to 4 hours. Is this a faster charge or the same?
ОтветитьI had got one of those with my Walkera Scout X4 not a bad charger. I keep it as a backup.. my main charger is a Hi-Tec X4.
the Wi-Fi thing it's pretty cool never seen that before. By the way great video my friend
I have the same charger, although I find it not as accurate. (yes I got the original) there is also an update for this charger but it's not available on their website. the update is in a forum and it's really not that important.
ОтветитьThis is how you know you are really into RC, when you want a Wifi charger. These chargers are great. Had to modify one of the cables on mine to fit the most common white (1s 3.7v) toy quadcopter connector for charging all of my small batteries
ОтветитьGreat review. I love mine. Great little charger. Thanks Ryan!
Ответитьhow much money do you think you spent on the toy all of them?
ОтветитьI just got a new helicopter from Toys OR Us. it is a fast lane helicopter. $22.99
Ответитьthose are called Alligator Clips :)
ОтветитьI have been looking for a charger, this looks pretty good to me. It does the jst 1 cell batteries. Think I will buy this one, Thanks
ОтветитьChargin' Ryan RC
ОтветитьI have the model that comes with a wall plug as well as the battery power pigtail, no WiFi. That 3.5v per cell is the optimized level. My charger only goes to 3.2v or 3.3v storage charge. A good entry level charger. Good review.
ОтветитьHey Ryan, perfect timing! An online hobby pal looking for a new charger was asking me about this charger a couple weeks back. Told him no idea, then your review pops up!
I forwarded your link , I hope this helps him decide! Looks like a smokin' deal to me!!!
no, I don't think there's anything with the charging cable to limit the 5A current.
its most probably the charger limiting the current drew because to safely charge a li-ion battery in this case a lipo the current limit must be control at around 1/2c.
Great video! Could you use a standard EC3 banana cable connected to it?
ОтветитьI have a similar imax charger to this and it's pants as it won't charge a 2s lipo with balance plug only as on the Xk x251
ОтветитьThanks for the review! I also thought about getting one of those for my Hubsan and V686G, but settled on a cheaper HobbyTIGER (like you already reviewed some time ago), which sadly lacks the iMax's storage charge feature.
I always wondered... won't 2S batteries and up require charging through their balance plugs, so that each cell can get its own optimised charge? That was a major criticism of the JJRC H8C, whose batteries lack balance plug.
That connection is a knock off of a deans connector which is the most common in land vehicles. Also balance voltage is between 3.8 and 3.9v. It's more of a mAh concern than voltage I believe.
