My friends and I cant play DayZ anymore cus my buddy got his steam account hacked twice in the last year, and now he gets auto banned on every community server we try to play. For context, ive known the guy for 4 plus years now and hes never hacked himself and even had emails from steam to prove it but none of the appeals worked

Idkw people played this sht in the first place. Developers completely robbed us. Sht still in early access. It was acceptable trash at first when it came out. This game definitely gave early access a bad name.

I bought dayz standalone and played it the very first day it could be released.....if you played during that time you know it was unplayable. Well i got back into it again after 8+ years and now I suck at shooter games xD

+2 years ago, u need to know some private discord servers to cheat on dayz, now every cheat provider have a dayz cheat, Battleye dont do their job

Yeah this feels like clickbait whining. I know a lot of people that play official and plenty of people are friendly. Though no matter how much you want to meet others, choosing to just walk out into the open in front of them is stupid. You need to do at least a little vetting before you place your life in their hands. And then the guy starts being what he hates? I don't think that is most new people's experience I think he's just that one guy the rest of us hate.

Can't say I agree with the premise. I only play on official servers and I meet friendlies all the time. Though I don't assume they're friendly and just walk out into the open in front of them.... That's kinda dumb. I know a lot of people play this like long-form PUBG but I enjoy RPing survival and if I ever stopped being afraid of other players that would take a lot of the fun out. If I just want pvp I'd play literally anything else. Deciding to risk being friendly with someone should be a rare decision. Otherwise you're just a walking, shooting loot balloon not a survivor afraid for his life.

i one time knock out a player, put a pistol with a single shot in his inventory and made the poor beach spawn self terminate. was defiantly one of the cruelest things I've done in dayz. one time i was tortured in a church and survived getting executed by grenades, and then they let me go, after which trying to firing squad me while i was running. I survived. DayZ is a sick thought experiment

it is true though. That has been my experience at least 95% of the time. It's why I eventually stopped even trying to play anymore. It's funny and fun for only so long before it becomes just annoying and unfun.

i got dayz in December 2022 after watching sumsum play rearmed went onto an official had fun looted for 4 hours randomly died.. spawned then was randomly bleeding out. So i went tor rearmed for the easy mode fun and my my i figured how to build a base, then i would log in and before moving would start getting shot at by nearby clans through the wall trying to wall bang me and then coming to my door and shit talking me in chat and voip i reported to the discord admins nothing happened was sick of it so i went and got dayz hacks to get esp to move to a new location without getting tapped at 4am.. thats where i got the sickness i became a filthy degenerate and never forgave my self now im hwid banned after 3 weeks of not playing and im much happier

Stimpee is the only dayz player worth watching. Dayz also sucks hairy nut sack and Arma 3 is still better with mods. Kinda sad it took them this long to take a mod and still not even be close to the mod in terms of enjoyable playability.
