I just bought the most expensive plan, downloaded it. I'm trying to preview and recover, guess what... Nothing happens, after it has recovered it won't open as it says that the files are ''corrupted'' or ''wrong format'' Don't waste your money on this one...

What a scam !!!...I downloaded it & it scanned for 5 minutes & still couldn't find a single file in a drive that's almost full.

I had picture and video files on my portable disk. ( Maxtor 500 Gb HDD 9NX2DT )
I accidentally turned the disk into a Windows startup disk. But I've never used it. Is it possible to recover my old pictures and files from this disk? My disk is intact and not damaged.

I've tried this program and it didn't help. It told me to disconnect everything and start over again or whatever 4 times and it kept failing to notice the drive I'm having issues with or whatever. I apologize if this doesn't make any sense; it's the middle of the night where I am and I'm tired as balls. I just want my files back and it shouldn't be this hard >:(
