Ответитьso I have done this workout so many times throughout the year, and I can confidently say it's a game changer. I am very busy, so I try to do it 2 times a day (three reps per set) but I do try to do it 3 times. Earlier this year, I did it once per day and it worked just as well. Definitely helps you tone your back and definitely gives you more confidence.

day 1: it was easy for me i did it thrice ✅
day 2: ✅
im a fitness pilates girly and did this workout 5x a week for half a year without using weights as my ONLY form of arm workouts. i lost so much fat (back/bra bulge) and had extremely feminine looking shoulders and slimmer arms from this. if your skeptical, please do this 5x a week before your workout for a good 3 months to notice major results!

(My bra bulge totally disappeared I'm not even kidding 🎊😭 just 10 days ago i was losing hope but seeing this result I'm so proud of myself for not giving up, if anyone reading this please don't give up, I'm gonna do this exercise atleast once a day from today)

Day1: i did this 3 times and i said "never back down never what??? NEVER GIVE UP😢!"it made me motivated 😭🙏 (this is torture)
Day2: I was about cry while doing this my arms hurt so bad and I did it 3 times😮💨✅
Day3: I did it 3 times and I forced my sister to do it with me because I help her with her Quran class and she said she would do it with me in the morning anyways but my arms hurt so bad🥲✅
Day4: I did 3 times with my sister again but she kinda played through the whole thing😮💨but I hit her said do it🥰(I see results)✅
Day5: it hurts a little bit today I think my body is kinda getting used to it?😊 I see results✅

ОтветитьI’ve been doing this workout for about 8 weeks and i can say it definitely has worked. My back fat is legit nonexistent anymore, and this has also toned my arms . Keep going guys🏋️♀️

Ответитьtodays the second day im doing this my arms r still sore, also instead of three sets of this i did two sets. i can feel my muscles being pulled rlly bad but i decided not to lose hope, tryns pursue my dream here as a teenager, and to prove my family wrong who always said i can't get skinny.
