How to change installation library location in R (Fixing Error: UNC paths are not supported)

Was looking for this solution, hope it works on my machine

i done this and nothing changed. i keep getting this error: "In normalizePath(path.expand(path), winslash, mustWork) : path[1]="C:/Users/Jo�o/Documents": O sistema não pode encontrar o caminho especificado"

how can i change this path[1]?
