NOTION vs GOOGLE Calendar

Hi Danny - good day, I love the idea to integrate Google Calendar into Notion - btw. Do you think that i am able to solve this task - to add bulk events at once - to GCAlendar and Notion

I think I'l try to integrate google clendar in notion. Because the notion calendar seems no the right one for me.

Notion is too difficult to navigate for noons like myself plus it doesn't sync as quickly as gcal , I may try notion in the future but for now gcal for life.. also this is a great video, no disruptive ads, no long intro with shoutouts and giveaway and straightforward

Notion seems to better for daily planning then google calendar so I’ll stick with notion

I’ve seen so many people on here I admire use Notion. I currently use the google apps. I wanted to see what I was missing. I’m surprised you didn’t talk about all the ways you can achieve the same things in notion using Keep, and Drive. I have seen some pretty Notion templates I am likely to recreate myself - but in google docs, link them to my recurring events and I won’t miss a thing. Pictures for the day - linked to the event with a description ~ priceless. Or likewise my cleaning checklist in keep linked to my recurring even. I also have an archive calendar in google so when I’m reviewing the day - I move each task (event) over to the “done” calendar.
Granted I am not a project management person - but I don’t think I”m in a hurry to switch

Does your Student Workspace Template has recurring events ?

I'm hoping that the forthcoming Notion API will mean that the Calendar functions get improved a lot. I'd rather not have to use Google, for things like multiple calendars (on the same view) and time-blocking! Notion isn't quite there yet, for me, at the moment!
