The window for adjusting cabinet properties stopped showing. How can I bring it back?

Hey so like question for materials master blender. I been looking through so this same way i would materialize my walls made with archimesh addon? Like the door and windows or what not how would i go about adding materials to those? Or adding a brick material to walls and what not? Ty!!

I thought you could swap to imperial in one of the side tabs? Not sure. I use imperial as well, but can see that metric is better. There are only one or two other countries that use imperial. They tried to convert it here, which is why we measure bottled drinks in metric, if I'm not mistaken.

Hey Americans, the entire world switch to metric like 40 years ago... we all have to do calculations to accommodate you guys. Might be way past time you all got with the program.
