Great thanks for the explanation! I was wondering why I presumably bought the same bottle of perfume but one lasted longer...The toilette didn't last at all while the eau de parfum lasted all day! I
I'll stick with that!Also...I feel like companies not making scents that last longer is just bull bc I get oil based scents at beauty stores for $4 and they smell good and last allll day! No excuses. If I'm paying $100 + a bottle It should at least last all day bc otherwise what is the point?
Awesome information love it ❤
Ответитьdidnt know teddy had a fragrance channel lol
ОтветитьGreat video, i was looking to just understand the differences in % ...but found this video and you just gave a completely course in 8 mins, .....more fragrance geek videos!
ОтветитьThank you. This video was amazing. I am new to this space and in this one video, I have learned so much.
ОтветитьFirst I learnt watches from this guy and now perfumes!😃
ОтветитьThis was extremely informative for someone who admits that I was confused! I learned a lot from you and would definitely watch more related content.
Ответитьamazing video , help me deeply understand perfumre
ОтветитьBro, keep doing what you’re doing us fragrance heads love it
ОтветитьDefinitely helped clear things up for me
Ответитьreally great video
ОтветитьI typically go after EDP regardless for whatever reason.
Ive recently started building my collection back up, and with some much more expensive stuff after finding these discount websites.
I usually atick to the EDP, just because of where i work. I run around a restaurant all night, and i get kotchen smells and all sort of things going on, so with that, ive noticed that most edp versions, just seem to last a lot longer. Where most of my edt's will be good, but only last part way through the night, most of my edp, will stick with me regardless of how crazy work gets.
Its interesting though, because for instance, mont blanc explorer, for whatever reason, i only get really most of a shift at work and its gone, or Diesel Spirit of the Brave Intense, that one only lasted me maybe 3 hours before it was barely detectable.
I guess im slpwly learning that it doesnt matter so much now. I may bite the bullet and try out a couple of good edt, because ive really limited what ill buy, just beca7se i typically stay away from edt. Lol
Hey i was wondering how doe they colour they parfum? I mean there are neongreen fragrances but how? And how is it that they dont colour your skin?
ОтветитьVery informative ,thank you... I'm learning😊
Ответитьyou are amazing, great lecture give us deep in the topic without pain i loved the vedio
Ответитьwas helpful, exactly what I typed in
ОтветитьColognes=alcohol +perfume oil. Then, why don’t the perfume oils float at the top. Why no separation? Just curious. Do they add products to prevent the separation between the parfum oils and the alcohol? Been 20+ years since I took organic chemistry!
DannyFragrance.
I have been finding this kind of instruction because i need this for training. Thanks Balds.
ОтветитьPersonally dude if I had a choice of the big 10 of expensive colognes that ALL men need to have are Bleu de Chanel EDT , EDP , Parfum , Dior Sauvage EDT , EDP , Parfum ,
Elixer , Creed Aventus , Allure Homme , and Allure Homme Sport
More education content please, this was great
Ответитьthank you so much for explaining this
ОтветитьI love to here the geeky stuff behind fragrances. I'd love to see videos on the top perfumiers out there , and the history behind well established houses.
ОтветитьAmazing, I learned a lot thank you so much
ОтветитьI love this video. You went into details which although I most, you still went deep into the vapour pressure differences which I truly appreciate. Let’s get more of this kind of videos teddy. 👏🏾👏🏾
ОтветитьI love your content, been looking for something like this. Thank you
ОтветитьAppreciate the very informative video man, thank you. Something I’d like to learn more about and I’m assuming other cologne/perfume enthusiasts would as well is a video describing the different time intervals you can expect to smell the different “notes” a particular fragrance gives off. Top note first 5 mins , bottom note after 2 hours etc
ОтветитьNice, very informative. Do a video explaining /showing how perfume is made.
ОтветитьIsn’t Eau Fraiche (spellcheck? Lol) also a very low concentration?
ОтветитьThis video is great, thanks so much. How about a video talking about tones - I read about a base tone, mid and high? I'd love to know more about that tone theory, which tones are the common ones and how can I tell what tone a fragrance has? Is it written somewhere or is just based on smell? How/why do people use different tones according to the season?
Another topic could also be about mixing fragrances. I hear many folks do that and I'd love to know any tips you have on mixing and which tones you believe go well together should one try to mix.
Thanks again for the great videos, cheers!
Keep these videos coming…
Ответитьthat was helpful. I collect watches not fragrances, however you've piqued my interest
ОтветитьGreat video that really educates those seeking to go beyond basic parfum concentration explanation videos. I really appreciated the tip towards the end when you mentioned to look at the notes of the fragrance. This "nerdy" element could be a niche strength for you guys. Appreciate your video!
ОтветитьThanks for this video, Teddy! Cleared up my questions about different concentrations and also helped explain how fragrances actually work. I'd love to see more videos like this!
ОтветитьLike Sauvage EDT the most!
In this case, I could layer the EDT & EDP or Parfum to have the best of both? I know it’s not a no brainer but I would guess it could work
Teddy been watching your watch channel for a while never knew you had this one. I've been wanting to know about colognes and this has helped a lot. Not sure why you never mention this channel in your main channel because this is some good stuff you have here
ОтветитьVery informative, thank you.
ОтветитьThis was a great and informative video.
ОтветитьThen there are fragrances that the edt and edp are two completely different fragrances with different notes. I think the distinctions are mostly just for marketing purposes. Parfum intense cologne extreme labels are just to milk an existing established popular line
ОтветитьInteresting... I always thought that things labeled parfum were supposed to last longer, but I bought a bottle of YSL L'homme le Parfum as my summer scent this year and it doesn't last at all. Smells great when you put it on, but within an hour or so it completely disappears. Very disappointing.
ОтветитьGood work! I think I`ll enjoy this type of of videos from time to time.
ОтветитьThank you for the video. Well researched and presented. A couple questions. Can you commento. Extrait de Parfum? Elixir? Also, is this regulated, policed and checked in any way? Thank you!
ОтветитьThe only cool thing this channel had was the group reviews. Everyone knows about concentration, there’s a million top 10 lists, it’s going in the complete wrong direction.
ОтветитьAnother great video! Even If I know most of the information you presented it was still an entertaining watch. Thank you
Ответитьgreat vid, teddy. keep it up. love the informative aspects of the industry. add videos talking about specific Houses....their origins, ups/ downs, main fragrances, where they rank globally compared to other Houses, even how they are connected to fashion, such as Chanel or Dolce and Gabbana
ОтветитьBeautifully explained 👍 More stuff like this please. Yeah, most guys can’t wrap their head around they are actually wearing a “perfume” lol “Cologne” was a marketing name in the USA to sell mens perfume. Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьYes please more, of these content I very appreciate it
Thank you
