Every time I folded the dough it was fine, but the last two folds, the butter was coming out.
And I did exactly as shown in your video but there were not so many layers, did you fold something else separately to make so many layers?

Why the, yeast was not let froth first for 5-10 mints before mixing with flour? Doesn't adding slat before fermenting hinder the fermenting process?
