ROI with mouse

Left mouse down starts drawing the rectangle
Move mouse is changing the rectangle (while left mouse is down)
Left mouse up creates ROI window and draws the fixed rectangle
Right mouse Up button destroys the ROI window and removes the drawn rectangle
