ОтветитьFor the response options, if someone opened and clicked on a link for an email, are they included in both "Opened" AND "Clicked?" I set up a workflow using the response feature, but then set it up to send the same email to all of those buckets of people (at different timings), but I don't want to be sending duplicate emails.

ОтветитьThanks for your video, but you do not show how to continue the flow after its delivered. What's the logic here? If delivered moves on to another email after 3 days, and if opened moves onto an email after 1 day, I assume they sit in a delivered state until either of the time conditions is met? Now if they move down the delivered but not opened funnel and then they do open the email, I cannot add them back to the flow under opened email, I have to duplicate the flow emails under the initial delivered but unopened. Very frustrating
ОтветитьIs there a way to play in the workflow with the site conversions (purchases). Let's say I want to send a second email to user who 'click in a link' AND 'did not generate a conversion in my site'. Can I do this? Thanks.
