For those that are unaware Kuru is a real disease thought to have gone extinct. It was spread via cannibalism due to it being a prion disease like mad cows. It turns your brain to mush but could only spread via eating another human already infected with Kuru.

My cannibal name is laugher in dayz I play a cannibal in the official servers and I'm in a hunting party in 1 community server a I'm a hermit in another 1 I'm part of a militia in another 1 but one of my favorite ones is the watcher I sneak around and follow people until they die or get put unconscious then the fun starts I like to tie them up and keep them knocked out and take everything from them and run away and watch what they do when they wake up sometimes I'll break their leg before I leave them or try to pox them right before they are about to wake up
