ОтветитьI was told that Hot flashes are the most common symptom of menopause. I am 51. I have been dreaming having hot flashes for at least 10 years because I am cold all the time although I live in Northern California. I wonder whether or not hot flashes only happen when we live in a hot climate area or only in scorching hot summer days. I will be the happiest person alive if I have hot flashes. What can I do to have hot flashes so I do not need to shiver every morning when I get up and turn on the heater all year round?

ОтветитьTo any women out there suffering from hot flashes and night sweats due to perimenopause:
Try "OMAD" (which means "one meal a day") and eliminating caffeine and alcohol! It really does wonders. It took me about a week and now I have zero issues with hot flashes etc, it’s all GONE.
OMAD works for me (and I’m currently experimenting with TMAD, which means “two meals a day”), maybe it can help you too.
In my own experience fasting is amazing and incredibly beneficial.
But I recommend you do some research on it yourself before you try so you know what to expect and what happens in your body etc.
I'm not an expert and I don't have any medical background, I'm just sharing what has worked for me so you have to do your own experimenting and research to find out what works for you.
And if it works for you too, consider 'liking' this comment or leave a comment on it so that other women can be inspired by your experiences as well! 😊

ОтветитьYeah dose all us over 50s up with anti depressants so we continue to want to screw like rabbits! My sex drive diminished, my husband dealt with it, he wouldnt expect me to medicate myself so he can have sex! My sex drive has started to return naturally. Eat clean, drink plenty of fluid and regulate your temperature externally, use a fan at night, I use rose water in a mister on my face and chest, and only ever wear natural fibres! I bet most of the women they dish anti depressants to are on them for the rest of their lives!

ОтветитьMACA ROOT cured my heat flashes ! Thank goodness! They were torture. Plus it helps build muscle and boosts libido :) has all the amino acids and b vitamins! Its awesome! And no toxic side effects like anti depressants. 💜

ОтветитьI thought clean eating was the cure. And flaxseed oil. I also take an herb supplement that has black cohosh. Really diminished my symptoms. Then I recently quit coffee and switched to green tea. Hot flashes gone completely.
