The Best Call Center Software with CRM Integration: HubSpot, Salesforce and More

Mike do you have a recommendation for a solution that has Hubspot integration, but also multi-dials? We have a very talented rep that we'd like to have more connected calls, but with Hubspot you can only make 1 outbound dial at a time, so there is a lot of time waiting on rings and stuck in menus that could be eliminated.

Thanks for the video! I tried both Hubspot and Salesforce to manage a CRM, but they're so cumbersome and overloaded if you're a CRM newbie. And the per-user price can be too high. Switched to Flowlu after trying both of them because it's more user-friendly and affordable.
