ОтветитьLMT here, and I have experimented a small amount on the flexors and extensors of the arms incorporating pnf and have seen tremendous results, especially for clients who might need extra work in some areas of the body. It is really efficient and saves your thumbs. Work smarter!
ОтветитьLove all you videos, do you have continued ed classes? My only concern is you talk a little fast.
ОтветитьLove this!!!

ОтветитьAs a non professional: When would you do this during the massage? Do you have to "warm up" the area before doing this? What follows this? Thanks, if anyone could answer me.

ОтветитьPNF and PIR are techniques that have really enhanced my practice. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьMET then
ОтветитьAlways try to incorporate a PNF when I can, some good techniques here especially around the glutes and psoas areas. Keep em coming!
ОтветитьAs a fellow MT, I want to thank you for your thorough & easy to follow videos. What we do is not all “fluff & buff”, as some think. Often I inform my clients of your site. My favorite is your sidelined scapular work. It’s easier to perform & gets great results. Continue doing what you do. You are amazing!
ОтветитьThis is honestly mt favorite type of practice for some of my clients. Thank you again for this amazing content.
