Coffee and Commercial Real Estate | My Last Delray Beach SPRAB Report 8.24.2022

Last week was my last time sitting on the dias as a member of the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board.
Up until then I had never served on any government entity. I recommend everyone give it a go. I learned a tremendous amount about how this Delray Beach works.
Specifically, this last meeting was a great example of the types of decisions that are made. New development both retail and mutlifamily and dealing with iconic structures that may or may not have historical value as Delray Beach and specifically the Atlantic Ave corridor moves forward.
